【摘要】 目的:探讨不可避免压疮发生的可能性,指导临床护士正确评估不可避免压疮的危险因素,做到有的放矢的工作。方法:设计“不可避免压疮上报表”,病区护士评估并填写此表,采用Braden评分法进行计分,凡计分16分及以下者诊断为“有皮肤完整性受损的危险”,且计分越低,发生压疮的危险性越高。结果:各病区上报的66例病人中,评分>16分者47例,其中2例发生压疮(分别为拒绝翻身和强迫体位的病人),评分≤16分者19例,其中8例发生压疮。运用Braden评分法评估本组资料,以16分为基线,其敏感性为75%,特异性为42.11%。结论:Braden评分法具有一定的临床应用价值,能够指导临床护士正确评价不可避免压疮发生的可能性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the potentiality of pressure sore development a nd to help clinical nurses to assess the risk factors for pressure sore developm ent. Methods Inevitable pressure sore reports were written by clinical nurses,B raden Scale was used to evaluate the reported patients(n=66). A score of 16 or b elow predicts risk for skin integrity damage. Results Of the 66 patients,47 pat ients had score over 16 (2 patients developed pressure sores ) while the other 1 9 had score of 16 or below (8 patients developed pressure sores ).In this group Braden Scale score of 16 best predicts risk for pressure sore (sensitivity 75% ,specificity 42.11%). Conclusion Patients at risk have Braden scores of 16 or below.Clinical nurses should focus on those patients.更多还原
