【摘要】 目的:了解儿童口腔疾病的就诊和分布情况,为儿童提供切实有效的口腔防护和治疗措施。方法:对在我院口腔科门诊就诊的7494例口腔疾病患儿的一般资料进行收集和分析。结果:口腔内科疾病最多,占62.68%;口腔颌面外科疾病次之,占34.25%;牙颌畸形及牙列缺损最少,占3.07%。单病种病例数在前四位是:口腔单纯性疱疹、乳牙滞留、根尖周病、龋病,病例数最少的为牙列缺损。结论:儿童口腔健康知识普及不足,应加强儿童口腔健康知识的宣教,提高防病、治病的意识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the hospitalice and the distributing of children ’s dental diseases and to provide efficient safeguard cure. Methods We collected a nd analyse 7494 cases of children’s dental diseases of out-patient. Result Amon g the 7394 cases 62.68%were oral medical diseases,34.25%were oral surgical diseases,3.07%were malocclusion and edentulous.The four leading diseases are herpetic stomatitis,retained deciduous teeth,periapical diseases,dental caries, the least case is edentulous.Conclusion People were devoid of oral health episce ne education of children,it’s necessary to enhance oral health education of chi ldren and take more effective measures to prevent oral diseases.更多还原
