【摘要】 目的:探讨前牙外伤牙根折断后的保存方法。方法:选取门诊牙外伤后就诊的患者13例14颗患牙,保留松动牙冠,先作钢丝结扎固定,患牙根管治疗后即用螺纹根管钉进行根管内固定,再选取一侧邻牙作基牙作金属烤瓷联冠修复。结果:本组14颗患牙,经2年临床追踪观察,2例失败,其余效果良好。结论:螺纹根管钉根管内固定加金属烤瓷联冠修复前牙根折,方法简单可行,临床效果好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore a method of preserving injured front teeth with root fractures. Methods A total of 14 teeth in 13 patients who came to our clinic with injured teeth were selected. First the loose crowns were kept and fixed with stainless steel filaments;after the injured teeth had root canal treatment done,prefabricated screw posts were put in for internal fixation,then the teeth were restored with porcelain fused to metal crowns with an adjacent tooth as abutment. Results After two-year clinical follow-up,two cases failed while others were fine in these 14 injured teeth. Conclusions It is an easy and feasible way to restore permanent front teeth with root fractures by utilizing prefabricated screw posts of internal fixation and porcelain fused to metal crowns.
