【摘要】 目的:提高经后腹腔镜手术治疗泌尿外科疾病的治疗和护理水平。方法:回顾性分析某院2002年12月～2003年12月收治的、经后腹腔镜手术治疗20例患者的临床资料和护理体会。结果:20例患者均获得良好的疗效,术后并发症少。结论:后腹腔镜是治疗某些泌尿外科疾病的有效途径,加强手术前后的护理可帮助病人平稳度过手术期,减少术后并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the level of treatment and nursing of urologlic dieases after retroperitoneoscopic operation.Methods 20 cases of patients performing retroperitoneoscopic operation were analysed retrospectively from Dec 2002 to Dec.2003.Results All patients have been cured with light complications.Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat some urologic dieases by retroperitoneoscopy.Intensive nursing in postoperation may be helpful for patients to pass through the operation smoothly and decrease .complications after operation.更多还原
