【摘要】 目的:加强对头部患者伽玛刀手术前后的护理,减少不良反应,防止并发症的发生,注意观察病情变化,提高医疗质量。方法:通过对患者经伽玛手术前、后的观察与护理,针对可能出现的症状,如体温、血压、意识、瞳孔的改变及恶心、呕吐、呃逆、抽搐等症状的及时处理,并适时向患者介绍相关知识。结果:76例头部伽玛刀患者术后均未出现严重并发症。结论:加强对头部伽玛刀患者术前、术后的观察和护理,是防止并发症发生和减少不良反应的有效措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To enhance the nursing of pre-or post-operative gamma-knife on head,reduce adverse reactions,avoid the complications,observe the variation on illness and improve the medical quality. Methods We collected data for 76 patients with operations on gamma-knife on head,analyzed their possible symptoms (temperature,blood pressure,unconsciousness,different sizes of pupils,nausea,vomit,hiccup and convulsion)and introduced the correlative knowledge to these patients. Results There is no serious complication on the 76 patients. Conclusion We should enhance the patients’ observations and nursing of pre-or post-operative gamma-knife on head and it is an effective measure to reduce adverse reactions and avoid the complications.更多还原
