【摘要】 目的:观察内镜皮圈结扎术和硬化剂注射治疗食管静脉曲张的疗效。方法:将16例食管静脉曲张患者用橡皮圈套扎后再注射硬化剂直至曲张静脉消失。结果:进行39次套扎,76次硬化剂注射,术后F09例,F17例,除1例轻度胸痛外、1例轻微暂时咽下困难外,未见其他并发症,无复发。结论:内镜下皮圈结扎术加硬化剂联合治疗食管静脉曲张疗程短,并发症少,复发率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of treating esophageal varices by endoscopic leather collar ligation and sclerosing agents .Methods To use the adhesive ring to give infections with sclerosing agents until esophageal varices disappear . Results 9 cases of Fo, 7 cases of F1 and there were no other complications except for one case of heartache and one case of dyspepsia . Conclusion With the aid of this combined therapy, course of treatment will be shortered with few complications and low recurrence rate.更多还原
