【摘要】 目的:通过与心血管造影及手术结果比较,评价超声心动图对法乐氏四联症(TOF)的临床诊断价值。方法:27例TOF患者均经手术治疗,术前超声心动图及心血管造影检测主动脉骑跨,室间隔缺损,右室流出道梗阻,右室壁肥厚及合并畸形等情况。结果:超声心动图与心血管造影均能显示TOF的四种畸形,与手术基本一致。但对于合并畸形的诊断准确率,超声心动图为85%(17/20)明显高于心血管造影10%(2/20),P<0.005。结论:超声心动图对于检测TOF的解剖异常(特别是合并畸形的准确诊断)以指导外科手术是一个无创的有价值的检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the dignostic value of echocardiography on tetralogy of Fallot (TOF)through comparative study with angiocardiography and surgery findings. Methods Twenty-seven patients with TOF underwent surgery. All of them were examined by echocardiography and angiocardiography. Examing aortic overriding ventricular septum,ventricular septal defect ,obstruction of right ventricular outlet,right ventricular hypertrophy and complicated malformations. Results Not only echocardiography but also angiocardiography showed diagnostic characteristics of four malformations in all patients with TOF. The results were basically consistent with those found by surgery. The accurate rate of echocardiography and angiocardiography in complicated malformations of TOF was 85%(17/20)and10%(2/20) respectively P<0.005.Obviously echocardiography have superiority. Conclusion Echocardiography is a noninvasive tool which provides visualization of intracardiac structures for the evaluation of anatomy of TOF,especially for the accurate diagnosis of complicated malformations of TOF.Therefore echocardiography is a valuable tool which guides operation.更多还原
