【摘要】 目的:探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)血液学异常的临床特点和治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析101例SLE血液学异常的临床特点以及治疗和预后。结果:101例中贫血72例,白细胞减少45例,血小板减少46例。经治疗2～4周后复查血红蛋白、白细胞、血小板恢复正常分别有42例(60%)、39例(87%)、36例(78%)。其中有9例误诊为血液系统疾病。结论:血液学异常是SLE常见临床表现,主要表现为各系血细胞减少。大部分对糖皮质激素治疗反应良好。临床上育龄妇女出现血液学异常注意排除SLE,并常规作自身免疫抗体检测。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical characteristic and effect of syslemiclupus erythemematosus (SLE)with hematological abnormality. Methods Retrospective analysis was done in 101 cases of SLE with hematological abnormality. The analysis included the clinical characteristic,the treatment and the prognosis. Results Out of 101 cases,anemia 72 cases,leucopenia 45 cases,thrombocy topenia 46 cases.Treated with glucocortic oid etc,after2～4 weeks,hemoglobin.leucocyte.thromlocyte recovered to normal with 42 (60%) cases.39(87%)and36(78%) cases respectively. Out of 101 cases,9 cases were misdiagnosised hemalopathy. Conclusion Cytopenia is commonly clinical manifestation in SLE. Treatment with glucocortic have obvious clinical effect. Patients,especially woman of childbearing with hematological abnormality,SLE should be deleted,and autoimmune antibody tests should be performed regularly.更多还原
