【Abstract】 Taking the spirit of the Sixteenth National Congress of the CPCC and the Third Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee as a guidance, the author applies modern financial theory to the summary and comment of the basic achievements in Chinese financial reform and opening-up as well as its development in the last 20 years by planting our on the whole country and facing the future.
