Probe into the Phenomenon of Housing Inevstement Boom
【摘要】 房地产市场投资增长过快,对房地产业的长期发展不利,并将影响到其他行业的发展。因此,政府应采 取相应的产业政策对其进行宏观调控。
【Abstract】 The rapid increase of investment in housing market is unfavorable for its development on the long term, which also exerts influence on other trades development. Therefore, government should take corresponding policy to give macro regulation to it.
