【Abstract】 Judicial department is the precondition and safeguard of judicial justice. Judicial independence is the independence of the judicial source. Its main bodies include four aspects: judicial department, judicial right, judicial officer and judicial finance. The object of judicial independence mainly includes three aspects: administration, local protecting force and media. In order to strengthen judicial independence, we should attach importance to judicial personnel system, judicial finance and judicial officer.更多还原
