现阶段中国教育改革发展的行动指南——十六大报告新教育理念述要
On the Operative Norm of China Educational Reform Development──Survey of New Educational Theory in Report of 16th NCCPC
【摘要】 十六大报告凝结并体现了我党新世纪新阶段教育改革发展的新理念。主要表现在三个方面 :关于教育特殊地位和作用的新论述 ;关于新世纪初教育发展目标和任务的新设想 ;关于落实教育优先发展战略地位的新思路。
【Abstract】 The report of 16 th NCCPC embodies the new concept of educational reform development at present stage. They are as follows: first, new theory about the special position and role of education; secondly, new idea about education development goal and task at the beginning of the century; thirdly, the new thought about educational preference development strategy.
