【Abstract】 Huizhou merchants in the Ming and Qing Dynasty paid much attention to family education by adopting various approaches to provide their children with an opportunity to make a living and bring honor to their ancestors. Family education not only improved the cultural quality of the younger generation but also set up a good image for all the Huizhou merchants.
