【Abstract】 Stellera chamaejasme from the root was separated with a lot of methods,such as dip,extraction,and chromatography,which bioassay agnist the fifth instar larvae of Pieris rapae,3 kinds of active ingredients were isolated. The molecular structure of the compounds were definitely identified to be 7-hydro-coumarin,daphnoritin,and chamaechromone respectively by the spectrum analysis including IR,UV, NMR,and MS.更多还原
