【摘要】 本文从TRIPs协议产生的背景出发,列举了世界主要知识产权公约,在比较分析了TRIPs协议与相关知识产权国际公约的异同,即在知识产权保护的原则、范围、内容、水平、执法机关及处罚力度上TRIPs协议既重申了相关公约的规定又根据新的形势要求进一步发展完善了知识产权的国际保护,并在此基础上进而分析在知识产权具体领域TRIPs协议与涉及该领域公约的差别。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article,starting from the background of the sign of TRIPs,listed up main international intellectual property treaties and concreted analysis the difference between TRIPs and related international intellectual property treaties.In the rule,range,content,level,the law enforcement office and the degree of punishment,TRIPs not only reiterates the regulation of related treaty,but also on the basis of the new condition develops and improves the international intellectual property protection.On the basis of above-mentioned comparison, the writer further contrasted difference in concrete territory between TRIPs and related international intellectual property treaties.更多还原
