The Quality and Talent Cultivation of University Journals Young Editor under Knowledge Economy Era
【摘要】 本文阐述了知识经济时代高校学报青年编辑素质和能力的内涵,并且探讨了高校学报青年编辑的人才培养和优化。
【Abstract】 The meaning of young editor quality and ability in university journals under knowledge economy era was set forth in this paper,and the method for the talent cultivation and optimization of the young editors were also discussed.
