【Abstract】 Along with ceaselessly embedded appliance of the technology of computer,communication and control in the intelligent building,it is becoming inevitable that how to make use of integrating effectively the three technologies in the lay of information, that intelligence building property management system(IPMS) appears human emerges afterwards. Normal property management software only processed some conventional data of property management at present, but it don′t work at the problem of the field equipment. This paper will combine the idiographic application of WebAccess in IPMS, and discuss how to resolve the unconventional information which is interrelated closed with the data of property management.更多还原
