溶剂法制备硫酸钾工艺条件的优化研究

【摘要】 以硫酸铵和氯化钾为原料制备硫酸钾具有诸多优点,但其转化率较低,添加有机溶剂可降低硫酸钾在反应体系中的溶解度而快速析出.在前期工作的基础上,采用L16(45)正交实验法对在硫酸铵和氯化钾反应系统中添加有机溶剂制备硫酸钾的优化工艺条件进行了研究,结果表明:在添加有机溶剂S时,其优化工艺条件为:反应时间80min、溶剂质量分数50%、硫酸铵初始质量分数20%、配料比0.98、反应温度25℃.在该条件下,氧化钾收率为93.40%,产品质量符合有关标准.

【Abstract】 The preparation of potassium sulfate from potassium chloride and ammonium sulfate has many advantages, but the conversion is rate very low. The solubility of potassium sulfate can be lessened by adding organic solvent and potassium sulfate can be quickly crystallized. Based on the previous results, the optimum technological conditions during the solvent progress in which potassium sulfate is manufactured with potassium chloride and ammonium sulfate are studied by using orthogonal L16(45) experiments. The results indicate that the optimum technological conditious are as follows: reaction time 80 min,organic solvent concentration 50%, original concentration of ammonium sulfate 20%, ratio of rude matter 0.98, reaction temperature 25 ℃. Under above conditions, the revenue of potassium oxide is 93.40% and the products quality reaches relate standard.
