彩色PDP纳米稀土荧光粉的研究进展
The Research Development of Nanoscale Rare Earth Phosphors for Color PDP
【摘要】 在简要介绍彩色PDP工作原理的基础上,阐述了彩色PDP用纳米稀土荧光粉及其性能以及国内开发纳米稀土荧光粉的可行性。同时,综述了合成纳米稀土荧光粉的几种方法,包括高温固相反应法、溶胶-凝胶法、均相共沉淀法、低温燃烧合成法、喷雾热解法以及微波辐射合成法。最后对国内纳米稀土荧光粉研究的进展及展望作了探讨。
【Abstract】 Basing on the performances of the nanoscale rare earth phosphors for color PDP,this paper introduces the nanoscale rare earth phosphors for color PDP and its properties,the feusibility to develop it in China.At the same time some methods of synthesizing nanoscale rare earth phosphors(such as solid phased reaction at the high temperature,Sol-Gel method,precipitation method,combustion synthesis,spray pyrolysis method and microwave radicalization synthesis) were summarized.Finally the development on the study and the future in this field are also discussed.
