【Abstract】 This article analyses the impropriety of the actions of our color TV enterprises adopting in the lawsuit in the process of the USA anti-dumping to China’s color TV sets. It is pointed out that when they move towards the international market, especially western ones, our enterprises should study the laws and regulations of the goal country and handle affairs in accordance with the game rules, and that those doing the same trades should cooperate and coordinate on the same goal market, from the whole benefits of the business and the country.更多还原
