【Abstract】 To expand private banks is an important tendency of banking reform in our country. In the view of state’s financial policy, the development situations and real demand of medium-and-small-sized enterprises in Anhui province, the system and mechanism of private banks, and the possibility of private businesses becoming shareholders and the financial state of Anhui provincial government, this paper approaches the feasibility of establishing private banks, and points out that at present it is feasible to establish private banks in Anhui.更多还原
