微波辐射法制备TiO2/丝光沸石薄膜光催化剂的研究

【摘要】 采用微波辐射加热法制备出负载型TiO2/丝光沸石(TiO2/M)光催化剂,并采用X-射线衍射(XRD)、激光拉曼光谱(LRS)、UV Vis漫反射谱(UV DRS)以及苯酚光催化降解等对催化剂进行评价。结果表明,由微波加热制备的样品———丝光沸石上负载的二氧化钛薄膜其晶体具有锐钛矿型结构,并显示出明显的量子效应。以丝光沸石作为二氧化钛薄膜的载体,可以显著提高水体中苯酚的完全矿化率。负载量为30%,微波辐射时间为10min+10min的样品催化剂对苯酚光催化降解具有最佳的催化性能。

【Abstract】 The mordenite-supported titania film photo-catalysts were prepared by microwave heating method. Structure and catalytic properties of photo-catalysts were studied by using XRD, LRS, UV-Vis DRS and reaction test of photo-catalytic degradation of phenol. It is shown that the mordenite-supported titania film prepared by microwave heating method,whose crystal type is anatase, has obvious quantum effect. With TiO2 supported on the zeolite, the complete mineralization ratio can be improved. Photo-catalytic degradation of phenol reaction test shows that the supported catalyst (TiO2/M=30%), which was irradiated 10+10min by microwave, has the best photo-catalytic properties.
