染料脱色真菌的选育及其对合成染料的脱色作用
Decolorization of synthetic dyes by new fungal isolates
【摘要】 白腐担子菌F17和PM2对不同结构的多种合成染料表现出较强的脱色能力。麦芽汁培养基、温度28℃、pH4~5和菌体摇瓶培养3天后加入染料,是染料脱色的最佳条件;接种量和染料浓度对2株菌的脱色效果也有较大的影响。金属离子Mn2+、Pb2+和Fe2+的补充,可促进染料脱色,而Ag+、Cu2+和Hg2+存在抑制作用。木质素降解抑制剂叠氮化钠、氰化钾和硫脲明显抑制染料的脱色。
【Abstract】 Two different white rot basidiomycete F17 and PM2 were very effective to decolorize a wide range of structurally diverse synthetic dyes. The optimum conditions of dye decolorization were as follows: temperature 28℃, pH4~5, and dyes added to the culture after 3 days of incubation in shaken flasks. The ability of the two fungi to decolorise dyes was also affected by inoculated biomass and dye concentration. Dye decolorization was enhanced in the presence of metal ions such as Mn2+、Pb2+and Fe2+,wheres decolorization was inhibited by Ag+、Cu2+ and Hg2+.A variety of inhibitors of lignin degradation, including azide, cyanide and thiourea, also notably inhibited dye decolorization.
