铁对不同基因型油菜生长及酶活性的影响

【摘要】 采用盆栽试验方法,研究了不同基因型油菜(小白菜)在柠檬酸铁浓度分别为0、33、66mg/kg处理下其产量、活性铁含量、铁富集系数及过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶活性的差异性。结果表明,铁肥能在一定程度上提高油菜的产量,但差异并不明显;适宜浓度的铁能显著提高油菜中活性铁含量及过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶的活性,但不同基因型之间差别很大;不同基因型油菜的铁富集系数差异显著,其叶的富集系数远大于茎;筛选出的铁高效基因型油菜为四月慢。

【Abstract】 A pot experiment was conducted to study the variation of iron concentration 0,33 and 66 mg/kg on rape yield, active Fe content, Fe accumulation index, peroxidase and catalase activity. The results showed that to a certain extent, iron fertilizer could increase the yield of rape, but the diversity between them was not remarkable. Proper iron content could increase the rape active Fe content, peroxidase and catalase activity obviously. Remarkable diversity was observed between different genotypic rape. The otherness of Fe accumulation index of different genotype rape was notable. And the Fe accumulation in leaves is much higher than that in stems. Siyueman was iron-efficient genotype rape we screened out.
