【Abstract】 Smelting and continuous casting technique for cleanness steel and thermo-mechanical rolling technique are adopted while designing X60 pipeline steel hot rolled coiled sheet with high strength and high toughness developed in Angang. The steel has few pearlite in C-Mn-Nb-V system with carbon content less than 0 10%, and can meet requirements of users owing to its high strength, toughness and fine welding property etc..
