【摘要】 本文从我国票据市场及商业票据业务发展中存在的问题展开论述,在肯定发展我国票据市场现实意义同时,认为我国票据市场发展历程及兴衰表明,健全和发展我国银行票据市场,应与拓宽企业融资渠道、改善金融服务、促进商业银行转变经营方式、加强社会信用制度和完善货币政策传导机制的需要相适应,在大力发展票据业务同时还应该注意风险的防范。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article deals with the existing problems of voucher market and the development of the commercial bill in China. It evaluates highly the significance of developing the voucher market. Meanwhile it demonstrates that developing and perfecting the banking voucher market in China should meet the demand of enlarging the channels of circulating funds, improving the financial service, transforming the management of the commercial banks, increasing the social credit and strengthening the system of financial policy.
