【摘要】 中学化学教师继续教育要达到预期的教学目标,必须要有相应的课程,并运用一定的教学手段,把课程内容变成学员的能力。本文,结合中学化学教师继续教育的特点,并根据《化学课程标准》及新教材的新理念,确立了中学化学教师继续教育课程的分类目标和分层目标,对于化学新课程培训下的继续教育,具有一定的现实意义和借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 If we wish to guarantee the achievement of the teaching goals set for the high school chemistry teachers in their continuing education, we should have some curriculum that corresponds to this, and some teaching techniques that can turn the contents of the described in the curriculum into students’ concrete capacity. Based on the discussion of the features of the continuing education for high school chemistry teachers, and in line with the"Standard of Chemistry Curriculum" and the new ideas of the new textbooks, this paper attempts to establish the objectives of high school chemistry teachers by category and by level. This paper is expected to be of some realistic significance and of reference use for the continuing education under the context of the new curriculum of chemistry.更多还原
