【Abstract】 The "consciousness of fortress besieged" existing in modern writers’ deep mentality resulted in the realization of textual saga" and the recount of saga novels of the theme of fortress besieged. The text of saga novels reflects a relation of dual interpretation and mutual verification between the "consciousness of fortress besieged" and the narrative form.
