【Abstract】 With the official management of five big power generating group corporations,the separation of the primary and subsidiary trade and the institutional reform of the subsidiary trade bring new pressure to the diversified economy of the electricity enterprise. The industrial choice of the thermal power plants should be guided by the needs of the market and aim to offer good service tothe customers but not just to the products;on the strategy,we should follow the fundamentals of GE matrix,make use of the analytic method of SWOT and take the superiority and inferiority of the enterprise,the opportunities and threats into comprehensive consideration. We should choose the appropriate business strategies to conform to different levels and give a full play of the nuclearcompetitive capability of the enterprise.更多还原
