【Abstract】 The research of thermal conducting properties and mechanism of thermal conductive plastics and thermal conductive insulating plastics, and surface treatment of thermal conducting fillers were described, and selection and optimization of process technology were presented. The advances in the study of all kinds of thermal conductive plastics were reviewed.
