纤维表面处理对PVC/木纤维复合材料性能的影响
EFFECTS OF FIBER SURFACE TREATMENT ON THE PROPERTIES OF PVC/WOOD-FIBER COMPOSITE
【摘要】 比较了两种方法处理木纤维对聚氯乙烯 (PVC) /木纤维复合材料性能的影响。结果表明 ,将木纤维先用一定浓度的NaOH溶液浸泡再用硅烷偶联剂处理时 ,木纤维在PVC基体中分散更均匀 ,与PVC界面的粘合性提高 ;复合材料的力学性能如拉伸强度、冲击强度、断裂伸长率等有明显提高
【Abstract】 The effects of two fiber surface treatments on the properties of PVC/wood-fiber composite are compared. The results show that the two-step treated wood-fiber, which is firstly immersed in NaOH solution, then dealt with silane coupling agent, disperses more evenly in PVC matrix, and the interphase bonding of PVC/wood-fiber composite is increased. The mechanical properties of PVC/wood-fiber composite such as the tensile strength, impact strength and the breaking elongation are improved obviously.
