环氧树脂改性MC尼龙的研究
STUDY ON MC NYLON MODIFIED BY EPOXY RESIN
【摘要】 针对单体浇铸尼龙 (MC尼龙 )缺口冲击强度低的缺点 ,采用环氧树脂 (EP)对其进行改性。结果表明 ,EP改性MC尼龙的优化配方为已内酰胺 10 0份、EP 3份、NaOH 0 .4份、甲苯二异氰酸酯 1.0份 ,改性后MC尼龙的缺口冲击强度有明显提高 ,达 30 .6 8kJ/m2 。
【Abstract】 To overcome the low notched impact strenth of MC nylon, it was modified by epoxy resin(EP). The results showed that EP modifing MC nylon had good properties by the formula of caprolactam 100 phr, EP 3 phr, NaOH 0.4phr and TDI 1.0 phr. The notched impact strength of modified MC nylon was improved markedly compared with that of common MC nylon, by reaching 30.68 kJ/m 2.
