DOP与DBP对PVC糊树脂性能影响的比较

【摘要】 为指导利用PVC糊树脂制备不同制品时设计合理的配方,探讨了DOP与DBP两种常配合使用的增塑剂对PVC糊树脂性能的影响。实验结果表明,随着DOP、DBP用量的增加,制品的拉伸强度下降,断裂伸长率提高,当DOP/DBP配合体系配比为1:1时,制品的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率比较理想。DOP对硬度的影响大于DBP,DBP对撕裂强度的影响大于DOP,当DOP/DBP配合体系中DOP含量增加时,制品的硬度和撕裂强度提高。

【Abstract】 To instruct the rational formulation in the design of the deferent products made with PVC resin, the influence of the two common plasticizers DOP and DBP on the property of PVC paste resin is discussed. The test result showes that the tensile strength of the product decreases and the elongation at break increases with the increase of DOP and DBP contents, when DOP/DBP = 1/1 , the tensile strength and the elongation at break of the product are more desirable, the influence of DOP on the hardness of the product is greater than that of DBP and the influence of DBP on the tear strength is greater than that of DOP, when the content of DOP is more than DBP, the hardness and the tear strength of the product increase.
