【摘要】 本研究采用TiCl4和BaCl2 配制混合溶液 ,加入自制混合表面活性剂 ,以NH4HCO3和NH3·H2 O作沉淀剂合成钛酸钡前驱体 ,再经过 1 0 2 0℃煅烧制成超细钛酸钡粉体。研究了物料配比、TiCl4浓度、表面活性剂用量、加料方式、反应温度、煅烧温度等因素对钛酸钡理化指标的影响 ,合成

【Abstract】 This paper investigated a new preparation process of BaTiO3 ultra-fine powder used in electronic ceramics.Firstly,preparating a mixing solution of TiCl4 and BaCl2.Secondly,the mixing surfactants synthesized by authors were added into the solution,Thirdly,NH4HCO3 and NH3·H2O were directly added into the solution and got the precursor of barium titanate.Finally,the BaTiO3 ultra-fine powders were got by drying and calcining the precursor for 1.5 h at 1020℃.The influence of some technological parameters,such as ratio of materials,concentration of TiCl4,amount of surfactants,loading manner of materials,reaction temperature and calcination temperature on the physical and chemical characteristics of the barium titanate were emphatically discussed.
