H型钢坯水冷金属型铸造充型凝固过程数值模拟

【摘要】 提出了处理水冷铸型边界条件的等效换热系数法,该法综合考虑了铸件与铸型间的辐射换热、间隙热阻及水冷铸型边界条件。获得了H型钢的充型流动过程及凝固过程的温度场,并采用Xue判据预测了H型钢的缩松缺陷位置。为进一步改进H型钢水冷金属型铸造工艺提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 This experiment numerically simulates the mold filling and solidification process of a H-shape steel billet in water cooling permanent mold, which is a new casting process for steel billet production. An equivalent heat transfer coefficient method is used to handle the water cooling mold boundary condition, in which the radiation, gap heat resistance and water cooling mold boundary between the billet and the mold are taken into account. The temperature field and filling process of the steel billet are obtained and the possible shrinkage defects are predicted with Xue criterion. This provides a theoretical basis for further improving the new casting process for steel billet production.
