金属凝固数值模拟可视化中OpenGL的应用研究

【摘要】 金属凝固数值模拟可视化需实现铸件/铸型实体网格的透视、平行投影图和剖面图等图像的绘制。以OpenGL图形库为基础,应用对编程工具的环境设置,图形在视图的中心显示,剖切面网格的选择显示,快速显示列表的设计等相关技术,可实现网格绘制、实体显示、实体旋转、动态剖切等功能。正确应用OpenGL技术能高质量、快速地绘制出铸件/铸型实体网格的图形和图像。

【Abstract】 The visualization of numerical simulation of metal solidification must realize the drawing of mesh for casting or mold, such as perspective projection, orthographic projection and cutaway view. Based on OpenGL graphic library, program can achieve the mesh pictures, solid showing, solid rotation, dynamic cutaway view and other functions. These relevant technologies include setting the environment of programming tools, showing the figure in the center of window, selecting the mesh of cutaway view to show and designing quick showing list. Using OpenGL correctly the program of metal solidification can quickly make high quality pictures of mesh of casting or mold.
