铸件凝固微观组织数值模拟研究的新进展
New Progress in the Microstructure Numerical Simulation of Casting Solidification
【摘要】 列举了铸件微观组织模拟的几种典型研究方法,概述了这几种常用模拟方法近年来的改进与应用状况,简要地对这些方法进行了评述。同时介绍了一种较新的用于单向凝固的模拟方法———3D枝晶胞膜跟踪法,它主要应用于一些对缺陷的存在非常敏感的特殊部件的模拟。指出了铸件微观组织模拟目前面临的问题与未来发展趋势。
【Abstract】 Several representative methods for the microstructure simulation of casting solidification are enumerated firstly, and then, the improvement and application of the methods in recent years are discussed and appraised objectively in this paper. At the same time, a new method for unidirectional solidification-3D dendrite envelop tracking method is introduced, it is used for the production of the special parts which are sensitive to the presence of defects. Finally, the problem to be faced and tendency in the field are pointed out.
