内燃机活塞材料的研究及应用述评
Review on the Research and Applications of Piston Materials in Internal Combustion Engine
【摘要】 文中全面地介绍了内燃机活塞材料的开发和应用现状。指出,从短期发展来看,铸铁和铝合金仍将在内燃机活塞的制造中发挥主导作用,从长期发展战略来看,低成本高性能的碳/碳复合材料将是未来内燃机活塞材料发展的主流。
【Abstract】 Working quality of internal combustion engines puts forward the rigorous requirements for piston materials, and practicable piston materials from cast iron and aluminum alloy to ceramics and carboncarbon composites get on intimate terms with foundry production. In this paper, it was introduced that roundly the actualities of applications and developments for piston materials in internal combustion engines. And it was indicated that cast iron and aluminum alloy should have still an important role in manufactures of the pistons in the short term, and carboncarbon composites low in cost and high in properties should be the development tendency of piston materials in internal combustion engines on a long view of progress stratagem.
