低压铸造加压规范计算机辅助设计

【摘要】 基于低压铸造加压规范理论,开发了一套界面友好、使用方便的低压铸造加压规范设计软件。通过对低压铸造典型件———坦克发动机缸体铸件的加压规范设计,利用CASTsoft软件充型过程数值模拟及缩孔、缩松预测分析,验证了该加压规范软件设计的正确性,生产实践表明使用该软件可指导生产,加快产品研制周期。

【Abstract】 Based on the theory of the regulation of pressure during lowpressure die casting,a friendly interface and conveniently using software have been developed for design the regulation of pressure during lowpressure die casting.Using the software to design the regulation of pressure of the cylinder of tank which is the model of the lowpressure die casting, adopting the CASTsoft to analyze the filling simulation and the prediction of shrinkage and porosity,the regulation of pressure has been proved to be correct.The software can put into practical use for the guidance of manufacturing and speed the period of manufacturing.
