新型中碳多元低合金稀土耐磨钢衬板的研制和应用
Development and Application of Medium-carbon Low-alloy Wear-resistant Cast Steel Liners
【摘要】 介绍了新型耐磨铸钢衬板的化学成分、熔炼、复合变质处理、热处理工艺以及装机运行试验。新材料合金元素含量低,不含镍、钛等贵重合金元素,价格低廉,熔炼容易控制。铸件热处理后,经空冷淬火和低温回火,硬度可达HRC58以上,冲击韧度达22J/cm2以上,耐磨性达到高锰钢(ZGMn13)衬板的2 1倍。
【Abstract】 The chemical composition, smelting, complex modifying, moulding, heat treating and industrial testing of the new kind of medium carbon multi element low alloy cast steel liners are introduced in this paper. The results show that the hardness HRC≥58, the impact toughness α k≥22J/cm 2, after the alloy was treated by air cooling quenching and low temperature tempering. The material with low alloy content and without Ni and Ti, etc. is of low cost, excellent wear resistance and easily controlling smelting. It is used in making grinding mill liners, the service life of which is 2 1 times as long as that of the high manganese cast steel liners.
