Al-C反应的DSC和XRD分析
Analysis of DSC and XRD on Al-C Reaction
【摘要】 在通常情况下C与Al自然混和后,由于润湿性差而难以发生反应。但经过压块或球磨处理,Al、C混合物能够进行反应。该反应受动力学影响,反应温度和速度相差较大。经压块处理的,反应温度的范围为602 1~1122℃,反应最高峰温度为907℃;经过球磨20h处理的混合粉末,反应在551~723℃较窄的温度范围内进行,在698 6℃就达到了反应最高峰。利用视差扫描量热分析(DSC)和X射线衍射(XRD)对Al C粉末的反应进行了分析,验证了上述的结果。
【Abstract】 Usually,Al-C reaction is especially difficult to occur due to the po or wettability of C by Al melt. After treated by pressing or ball milling, Al-C powders can react before Al melts, but the reaction rate and reaction temperature range are greatly different in the two cases. For the former one,the temperature range of reaction is to 1122℃ from 602.1℃ and its reaction peak te mperature is 907℃;the reaction for the latter can be finished at the range of 551~723℃ and the p eak temperature is about 698.6℃.The experimental result is analyzed by means of Differential Scan ning Calorimeter (DSC) and X-ray Diffraction(XRD).
