热型连铸单晶铜铸型温度控制的研究

【摘要】 利用自行开发的热型连铸设备,研究了引锭材质、铸型材质、铸型加热炉功率等因素对铸型温度的影响。试验结果表明,铜管引锭、石墨铸型、较大功率的铸型加热炉及合理的引锭工艺过程,有利于在热型连铸时控制铸型温度,达到理想状态。

【Abstract】 The change curve of the ideal mold temperature is given by analyzing the process characteristic of the heated mold continuous casting. The effects of the mold temperature such as dummy bar materials, mold materials, power of mold furnace and so on are studied using self-manufactured equipment. The results show that copper tube, graphite mold, the high power in mold furnace and reasonable start-up procedure is beneficial to controlling mold temperature.
