铝锡合金液电磁搅拌的流场模拟分析
Simulation of Flowing Field on the Magnetic Stirring of Aluminum-tin Alloys
【摘要】 Al8%Sn2%Si2%Pb0 8%Cu0 2%Cr铝合金是具有优越性能的复合轴瓦材料,但容易产生比重偏析,需要进行搅拌。通过对搅拌器的流场模拟计算,得到了最佳工艺参数,相位差为90度,频率为50Hz,电压为7V时,能得到最为均匀的密度分布,计算结果与试验值很吻合,对科研工作具有指导作用。
【Abstract】 The aluminum alloy Al8%Sn2%Si2%Pb08%Cu02%Cr is a new composite material for bush , but it’s liquid needs to be stirred because of producing density segregation. In this paper the flow field of stirring was simulated , and the suitable parameter was defined ,the best uniform melting aluminum alloy was gotten when the phase angle difference was 90 degree , the frequency was 50 Hz, and the voltage was 7V. The calculated result was closed to the measured one, all these supply the guidance for the study.
