直流电场对ZA27合金凝固组织的影响

【摘要】 研究了直流电场作用下ZA27合金凝固组织的变化。试验结果表明,随着电流密度的增加,枝晶间距逐渐变小,粗大的富Al树枝状枝晶在电场作用下逐渐向球状晶转化,且共晶相逐渐增多。初步分析了电场作用造成上述结果的机理。

【Abstract】 The effect of direct current electric field on the solidified structure of ZA27 alloy has been studied. The experiment results show that under the influence of direct electric current, with the increase of the current density, the distance between the dendrites decreased. The solidified structure has been modified from large grains with Alrich dendrites to finer grains with nearly globular crystals, while the eutectic crystal structure increased. An elementary analysis was given to discuss the mechanism of the mentioned results.
