【摘要】 目的 :阐明周边视网膜变性的预防性光凝对于后巩膜加固手术的重要性。方法 :对欲行后巩膜加固术的 49例 ( 84眼 )高度近视合并严重周边视网膜变性的患者进行了预防性激光治疗 ,患者年龄 9～ 5 4岁 ,眼轴长度 :2 5 94～ 3 1 95mm ,屈光度 :-6 5 0～ -2 2 0 0D。结果 :其中有 46例 ( 78眼 )行后巩膜加固手术 ,随访 6～ 3 8个月 ,无一例发生视网膜脱离。结论 :对欲行后巩膜加固术的患者进行详细的眼底检查 ,并对周边视网膜变性严重者实施预防性激光治疗可大大降低术后视网膜脱离的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Clarify the importance of Preventive Photocoagulation to Perapheral Retinal Degeneration in Posterior Sclera Solidified Operation(PSSO). Methods:Preventive Photocoagulation treatment to those who suffer from high myopia combined with serious peripheral retinal degeneration and will be given PSSO.49 cases (84 eyes),age from 9 to 54,optic axis:25 94～31 95mm,Diopter:-6 50～-22 00D. Results:46 cases (78 eyes) were given PSSO,6～38 months follow up.No retinal detachment happened. Conclusions:Carefully ocular fundus examination should be done to those patients who will be given PSSO.The applying of preventive photocoagulation method to perapheral retinal degeneration can greatly reduce the occur of retinal degeneration after operations.更多还原
