【摘要】 目的 :观察复方中药金芪滴眼剂对兔角膜上皮细胞及兔角膜基质层细胞增殖的影响。方法 :建立体外培养兔角膜上皮细胞、兔角膜基质层细胞系 ,用MTT法检测不同浓度金芪滴眼剂对细胞增殖活性的影响。结果 :金芪滴眼剂对兔角膜上皮细胞有显著的促进增殖作用 ,且随浓度的增加 ,增殖率加大。对兔角膜基质层细胞无促增殖作用 ,高浓度时有抑制作用。结论 :复方中药金芪滴眼剂对兔角膜上皮细胞有较好的保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the impacts of JINQI,a kind of compound of Chinese herbs,on the growth of rabbit corneal epithelial cells and corneal stroma cells in vitro. Methods:Corneal epithelial cells and stroma cells were cultured with different doses of JINQI for 24 hours,then the proliferation rate was detected by MTT method. Results:JINQI could promote the proliferation of corneal epithelial cells in dose-dependent manner,but not of corneal stroma cells.And,JINQI in high dose could inhibit the growth of stroma cells. Conclusions:Eye drops of JINQI promote the proliferation of rabbit corneal epithelial cells effectively.更多还原
