【摘要】 探讨新鲜多层羊膜移植治疗深层角膜溃疡的可行性。方法 :采用新鲜多层羊膜移植治疗深层角膜溃疡 11例 ( 11眼 )。其中细菌性角膜溃疡 7眼 (角膜穿孔 3眼 ) ,病毒性角膜溃疡 4眼 ,术后随访 6～ 19个月。结果 :11眼中 10眼治愈 ,1眼复发。术后均未见新鲜羊膜移植片急性排斥反应 ,术后 3～ 15天 ,炎症控制 ,疼痛消失 ,4～ 5周角膜上皮愈合 ,溃疡灶留下不同程度疤痕。角膜基质厚度正常 ,9眼视力不同程度提高。结论 :多层羊膜移植是治疗深层角膜溃疡的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of fresh multiplayer amniotic membrane transplantation(AMT)for the treatment of deep corneal ulcers. Methods:Fresh multiplayer AMT was performed in eleven patients(11eyes)with deep corneal ulcer,7 eyes with bacterial corneal ulcers(including 3 eyes corneal perforation),4 eyes with herpes simplex keratitis.All the patients was followed up for 6～19 months. Results:No acute rejection was observed after fresh multilayer AMT in all patients.The infection and inflammation were controlled in 3～15 days after surgery,in 10 of 11 eyes epithelium healed over all corneal ulcer within 4～5 weeks and remained stable during the follow up,stromal thickness remained normal.Visual acuity was improved in 9 of 11 eyes. Conclusions:Fresh multilayer AMT is a very effective method to treat deep corneal ulcers.更多还原
