先天性眼球震颤眼外肌的超微结构分析

【摘要】 目的 :观察先天性眼球震颤 (congenitalnystagmus ,CN)患者眼外肌的超微结构 ,分析探讨其与CN发病的关系。方法 :利用透射电子显微镜观察CN患者眼外肌的超微结构改变 ,并以正常眼外肌电镜结果作对照。结果 :CN患者眼外肌与对照组相比 ,出现了明显的超微结构改变。主要表现为 :①肌小节及亚细胞结构的改变。②各种残余小体明显增多。③肌纤维的溶解坏死。同时观察到游离神经末梢也有超微结构的改变。结论 :CN患者眼外肌及游离神经末梢的超微结构均有明显的改变 ,这些改变影响眼外肌的正常功能 ,可能与CN的病因或发病机制有关。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the ultra-structure alterations of the extraocular muscles (EOM) in congenital nystagmus (CN) subjects. Methods:12 extraocular muscles from 6 typical CN subjects have been studied.And compared with normal EOM obtained from normal fresh cadaver donated to medical school. Results:Obvious ultra-structure alters had been observed in the EOM of CN subjects,including the changes in sarcomere and subcellular structure,the increased remnant corpuscles,dissolved and necrosis fiber.In addition,some free ending of sensory nerves of EOM of CN also had distinguished ultra-structure changes. Conclusions:The ultra-structure of the muscle fiber and free nerve endings in the EOMs of CN subjects are all changed compared with the controls.These alterations probably affect EOM′s function,which are probably related to the etiology and pathogenesis of CN.
