【摘要】 目的:观察调神益肾针法治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法:将65例更年期综合征患者随机分为针刺组35例,西药组30例;采用临床疗效统计、更年期综合征症状评分及放射免疫分析等进行疗效评定。结果:35例接受针刺治疗的患者痊愈12例,显效16例,有效6例,总有效率达97.14％;症状评分比治疗前显著降低;下降的雌二醇（E₂）水平上升、升高的卵泡刺激素（FSH）及黄体生成素（LH）水平下降;并且针刺组治疗更年期综合征在临床疗效、症状评分改善,尤其是对血清有关激素的影响方面优于西药治疗。结论:调神益肾针法对更年期综合征有良好的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe therapeutic effect of needling method of regulating the mind and supplementing kidney on climacteric syndrome. Methods: 65 cases of climacteric syndrome were randomly divided into acupuncture group and western medicine group. Statistical analysis of therapeutic effects, symptom scoring of climacteric syndrome and radioimmunoassay were adopted. Results: Of the 35 cases treated by acupuncture, 12 cases were cured, 16 cases markedly effective and 6 cases effective, total effective rate being 97. 14%. In clinical therapeutic effect and improvement of symptom score, especially. the effects on serum hormones. acupuncture treatment was superior to the treatment of western medicine.
