【摘要】 目的:动态观察黄芪注射液和电针对创伤应激大鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:观察大鼠脾脏淋巴细胞增殖反应、Con A 诱导的白细胞介素2(IL-2)水平和自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性在创伤手术前和手术后1、2、3、5、7天的动态变化,以及黄芪注射液和/或电针对以上3者的影响。结果:创伤后第1、2、3、5天大鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖反应、IL-2诱生水平及 NK 细胞活性均明显降低。电针足三里和阑尾穴能明显改善创伤后第1、2、3、5天的细胞免疫功能。每天腹腔注射1次黄芪注射液(2g/kg)在创伤手术后第2、3、5天对受抑的细胞免疫功能有明显改善,并且在创伤手术后第5天使3项指标恢复至正常。电针与黄芪注射液合用可使细胞免疫功能提前得到恢复,其在创伤后第2天对机体免疫功能改善作用明显强于单用电针或黄芪注射液。结论:黄芪注射液和/或电针均能改善创伤应激介导的免疫抑制,促进手术后机体的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To dynamically observe the effect of Astragalus Injection (AI) and electroacupuncture (EA) on cellular immune func- tion in traumata stressed rats.Methods:Effects of AI and/or EA on splenic lymphocyte proliferation reaction,Con A induced IL-2 production,dynamic changes of nature killer (NK) cell activity before and on the 1st,2nd,3rd,5th,7th day after surgical trauma were observed.Results:Splenic lymphocyte proliferation reaction,Con A induced IL-2 production,dynamic changes of NK cell activ- ity all obviously decreased on the 1st,2nd,3rd,and 5th day after trauma,which could be obviously improved by EA of Zusanli (St. 36) and Lanwei (Extra.37).Suppressed cellular immunity on the 2nd,3rd,5th day after trauma could get recover beforehanded when given AI (2g/kg,once daily) intraperitoneally.Besides,the three indices got to normal on the 5th day after trauma.The com- bination of AI and EA could make the cellular immunity recovered beforehanded.The improvement of immunity on the 2nd day after trauma was obviously superior to using EA or AI alone.Conclusion:Both AI and/or EA could improve immunosuppression induced by trauma and accelerate the recovery from operative trauma.更多还原
